David Crasto, Jr., DO

Dr. David Crasto, Jr. was born and raised in Jackson, MS, where he completed high school before moving to Oxford, MS to complete his Bachelor of Arts degree followed by a Master of Science in Chemistry at the University of Mississippi. In 2015, he began his 1st year of medical school at the University of William Carey College of Osteopathic Medicine. Following completion in 2019 and earning his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree, he moved to Mobile, AL for his internship in Internal Medicine at the University of South Alabama Medical Center. He then spent four years in Miami, FL completing a clinical fellowship followed by his residency in Dermatology at Larkin University Health Systems in association with NOVA Southeastern University. Upon completion of residency in 2024, Dr. Crasto moved to Atlanta, GA where he completed his fellowship training in Mohs Micrographic Surgery at Goodman Dermatology. Dr. Crasto has always dreamed of returning home to serve the people of Mississippi in his medical career. He has been described by his patients as a kind and compassionate physician with a caring and positive attitude and great bedside manner. He believes in a patient-centered approach to medical care with a commitment to putting patients first and treating each case individually.
Dr. Crasto is the oldest of three boys, born to his father Dr. David Crasto, Sr., an anesthesiologist in Jackson, MS and his mother, Beth, who worked tirelessly as a mom raising her three boys. His youngest brother, William, is currently completing his post-graduate training in Urology in Detroit, MI and his middle brother, Taylor, in Emergency Medicine in Fayetteville, NC. Dr. Crasto is an avid outdoorsman who spends his free time hunting and fishing.
